We have always looked to create a culture of inclusion at Immedis. We constantly challenge the status quo and foster a sense of belonging across our entire organization.
This network is focused on new ideas, policies, and education programs that foster belonging across our organization.
In 2021, we were delighted to be recognized as one of the Best Workplaces in Ireland for the sixth successive year by Great Place to Work. This year we were also awarded Best Workplace for Women and Best Workplace in Tech.
Last year, Immedis was thrilled to become an official supporter of the 20×20 movement and to enable our Brand Ambassador Shane Lowry to wear the 20×20 logo at the Irish Open in place of the Immedis logo. While 20×20 is focused on sport, we realize that it also looks at tackling society’s deeply ingrained subconscious bias.
We address important topics to society at large, and we share these topics with our customers to help support inclusion on a larger scale (gender pay reporting/ Neurodiversity).
We enable our customers to track inclusion metrics on our platform. We are looking to build out this area going forward to ensure our customers have a holistic view of inclusivity metrics across their business.
We’ve already taken steps to ensure we secure a sustainable future. To comply with ESG (Environmental Social Governance) guidelines, we created a comprehensive plan and implemented several key initiatives to put corporate responsibility at the core of our business.
