The government has continued its wage subsidy program, known as PSU 3.0. The PSU 3.0 will be extended to all employers in all sectors operating within states under the Movement Control Order reimplemented on 13 January 2021.
Employers can receive up to RM600 per employee per month for up to a max of 500 employees.
New tourism and retail sector businesses will receive subsidies for 6 months, while existing PSU recipients will receive another 3 months.
For all other sectors, the PSU will be extended for one month.
