If you are logging into the Immedis Platform for the first time and receive an error message asking you to reset your password, this indicates that your account has not been activated. To activate your account, please refer to the question above covering how to login to the employee portal for the first time.
If your account is active and you have forgotten your password, simply follow the below steps:
Validate the ReCaptcha and click ‘request new password’
Step 2
The email contains a link that you will need to follow in order to reset your password.
Step 3
Create your new password which must contain a minimum of:
8 characters
1 uppercase letter
1 lowercase letter
1 number
1 special symbol ( ! ? $ # @).
When a valid password is entered, the ‘Reset’ button will appear in yellow. Click to ‘Reset’. You will be redirected to the main login screen and will see a message advising that your password has been changed successfully.
