My employer sent me an email with a verification code. However I didn’t use it and now it is out of date, and I am no longer with that employer. How do I get another verification code?

Accounts are automatically deactivated in 183 days after an employee is terminated. Please contact your employer for any documents on your account which were not downloaded before the deactivation.
