Working Hours

General Working Hours

Termination

Termination Process

Both the employee and employer are allowed to terminate the employment at any given time without a reason.

Notice Period

Notice of termination is only required for mass layoff. 90 days’ notice should be given for such circumstances.

Severance Pay

Severance pay is one week of pay for every year of employment. Implementation of the law has been delay until 90 days after COVID-19 State of Emergency has been lifted.
