The Onboarding team comprises experienced project managers with expertise in global payroll, all certified in Immedis MAPP (Methodology for Automation of Processing of Payroll). Immedis MAPP is our framework for onboarding customers and incorporates global payroll, platform services and treasury. The framework includes best practices in global payroll projects and ensures the successful onboarding of new customers, payrolls, and paygroups. Immedis MAPP is made up a series of stages with defined outcomes.
Complexity needs expertise and experience, and our people deliver both. Immedis global payroll managers typically have between 10 and 15 years of industry experience with relevant IPASS or CIPP qualifications and many have international tax qualifications.
Our teams are organized on a geographic basis, enabling them to develop an in-depth understanding of the legislation, compliance and taxation requirements of the region, working with the In Country Partners.
We promote and support our people to achieve industry and academic qualifications and professional development is an essential component of the Immedis employee experience. Currently, over 80% of our service delivery personnel have completed accredited training.
Your dedicated Customer Experience Partner (CEP) is appointed and works with regional Payroll Operation hubs across LATAM, US, EMEA, and APAC, providing support, clear communications and day to day management. The CEP leads quarterly business reviews to ensure we deliver the best service and that the customer is maximizing the adoption and utilization of the Immedis Platform.
