Terry Clune, Chairman


Terry Clune is Chairman of Immedis and founder of The Taxback Group. A graduate of Trinity College Dublin, Terry formulated the Taxback.com business concept while working in Germany as a student and has been the innovator and driver of the group to its present global market leader position. The company now has over 1,200 employees in 33 countries worldwide.

He is a former winner of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and the HSBC European Entrepreneur Award.

Terry attributes success to his team of highly skilled, committed staff, building lasting partnerships and a constant focus on developing new services.

Mark Ryan, Non-Executive Director

Non-Executive Director

As Non-Executive Director for Immedis, Mark’s role is to help structure the organization to achieve its ambitious global growth targets in a sustainable manner.

Mark was Country Managing Director of Accenture Ireland from 2005 – 2014, where he was responsible for overseeing over 1,600 employees. During his career with Accenture Mark was a member of the Accenture Geographic Council Group and he personally drove major Gender Equality and Diversity programmes within the business. He was also heavily involved in the setup and development of the Accenture Corporate Citizenship Programme working directly with numerous local community organisations.

Ruairi Kelleher, Chief Commercial Officer

Ruairi is Chief Commercial Officer with Immedis and is responsible for the company’s overall business strategy and objectives. A member of the Taxback Group since 2012, he has extensive experience providing international payroll and global employment tax services to international clients with a specific focus on the consolidation of multi-jurisdictional needs.

Ruairi studied Business and Legal Studies at University College Dublin after attending Colaiste Eoin where he cultured his passion for the Irish language and a multitude of sports.

Mark Graham, Chief Revenue Officer

Commercial Partnerships

Mark is Chief Revenue Officer with Immedis and is responsible for the company’s sales strategy and driving growth through commercial partnerships.

During his time with Taxback Group he invested significant time working in the US with C-level executives to identify strategic solutions to leverage international growth and has vast experience assisting companies with a global workforce and all the challenges that come with it.

Mark is dedicated to ensuring that Immedis will continue to be trailblazers in international payroll technology and service delivery and regularly speaks at events including the American Payroll Association.

Christine Keily, Chief Tax & Payroll Officer

Tax and Payroll

A graduate of Trinity College Dublin, Christine is an AITI Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA), an Associate of the Irish Payroll Association (IPASS) and has a Certificate in the Principles of International Taxation from the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT).

Christine has over 16 years’ experience in international taxation, social security and payroll. She trained in KPMG and worked for a number of years as a manager in the Global Employer Services (GES) department of Deloitte, specialising in Global Mobility tax and social security compliance and consultancy for multinational companies, before joining the Taxback Group in 2010.

Christine has extensive experience in the management of Global Mobility tax compliance and in dealing with international tax and social security issues arising for multinational companies.

Dave Leboff, President, US Operations

President, US Operations

Dave has over 35 years of experience in international human resources, international tax and expatriate program management. He began his career in tax, working for the Internal Revenue Service and then for Arthur Young in NYC where he received his CPA and managed sizeable expatriate program engagements. Dave moved to the client side and served in international assignment and global human resources roles at PepsiCo, Bankers Trust, UBS and DoubleClick before forming Expaticore, who were acquired by Immedis in May 2017.

Dave regularly speaks at industry conferences around the world covering a wide range of topics relevant to global workforce management.  Dave also serves as co-chair of the Global Issues SPLTF of the American Payroll Association.

Patricia Khalifa, Global Marketing Director

Global Marketing Director

As Global Marketing Director for Immedis, Patricia is responsible for the organization’s strategic marketing, PR, brand, research and communications activities, which all contribute into the overall Immedis customer experience function.

Patricia has over 15 years’ experience working in professional services, IT and retail businesses where she has led teams to drive international growth from solid brand strategy and targeted marketing activities.

Patricia is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin where she obtained a BA in Business Studies and German followed by an MA in International Marketing from the Smurfit School of Business.

Richard Limpkin, Chief Operating Officer

Chief Operating Officer

In his role as COO, Richard is responsible for operational processes to support the immediate and long-term growth of Immedis. This includes taking ownership of the technical and product roadmap, including platform and service components, supporting infrastructure and process.

Richard joins Immedis from a leading HR and Payroll software provider, where he worked for 9 years before becoming a partner in 2015. Richard also worked with Deloitte Consulting, joining them directly from university and practicing in their London office prior to transferring to Dublin.  During this time Richard’s diverse client base included Primark, Oxford University, Irish Life and Permanent, Bord na Móna and Vodafone.

Richard has an MSc from Durham University in England and is a Chartered Management Accountant.

Barry Flanagan, Global Tax Director

Compensation and Benefits/Reward and Remuneration Management, Share Schemes and Equity Awards

Barry is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA), Chartered Tax Consultant (CTC) and Chartered Company Secretary (GradICSA). Prior to joining Immedis, Barry trained in the Tax department of Deloitte’s Dublin Office.

Barry is a Global Mobility specialist, having been a member of the Global Employer Services team at Deloitte. He  acquired significant experience in both employment taxes and compensation and benefits, working with diverse clients across a range of industry sectors, including market-leading multinationals in technology, financial services, software and global alcoholic beverages.

Geraldine Fiore, Director, Global Payroll Operations

Global Payroll Operations

Geraldine is the Director of Global Payroll Operations at Immedis after joining the company in November 2015. Geraldine’s role consists of many important functions such as conducting continuous reviews of processes and procedures in order to ensure appropriate controls and discover opportunities for improvements. Other vital aspects of her role include; resource allocation, overseeing the global payroll function, process mapping for efficiency, as well as resolving client issues.

Geraldine is a strong asset to the Immedis team with over 25 years of extensive experience in HR and Payroll Management, complex international payroll issues across Africa, Asia and Europe, working with large global corporate clients, quality control and reporting. Geraldine attended Seton Hall University in New Jersey USA, where she studied Psychology.
