The acquisition is a first for Immedis, signifying a key step in the organisation’s ambitious growth plans, and its commitment to being the best in the field of international payroll and tax services.
Expaticore, a tremendously successful company in its own right, has an established international client base and a proven reputation for high quality work, which has led to impressive client retention rates.
The acquisition is set to strengthen Immedis’ capabilities in the US and globally, increasing the network of expertise and bringing more benefit to clients worldwide. Immedis current client list includes among others Airbus, ESB International and Lifes2Good.
