New function cements Immedis’ commitment to delivering a superior customer experience 

Dublin, Ireland 26th May 2022– Immedis, the leader in multi-country global payroll solutions, announced the appointment of a new Chief Customer Officer, Barry Flanagan. Previously Barry held the role of Global Head of Customer Engagement at Immedis.

In Barry’s new role as  Chief Customer Officer, he will be responsible for shaping and evolving Immedis’ customer-centric service delivery, to enable global customers to deliver accurate and timely payrolls consistently. Barry will also actively drive increased optimization and utilisation of the Immedis Platform and ensure customers realize the full power and efficiencies that the platform’s technology-enabled global payroll processing creates.

Barry is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Charted Tax Consultant with over 15 years of experience with global mobility, tax, and international payroll. In more recent years, he has taken the lead of the Immedis Customer Engagement team, driving a focus on the customer experience,  enhancing customer adoption and success, and assisting customers in deploying payroll when they expand into new jurisdictions.
