Terry is the founder of The Taxback Group. After graduating from Trinity College Dublin, Terry formulated the Taxback.com business concept while working as a student in Germany. He has been the innovator and driver of the group to its present global market leader position with over 1,200 employees in 33 countries worldwide

He is a former winner of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and the HSBC European Entrepreneur Award.

Terry attributes success to his team of highly skilled, committed staff, building lasting partnerships and a constant focus on developing new services.

Mark’s role is to help structure the company to achieve its global growth targets sustainably.

Previously, Mark was Country Managing Director of Accenture Ireland between 2005-2014. During this time he was responsible for overseeing over 1,600 employees. While at Accenture, Mark was a member of the Accenture Geographic Council Group and personally drove Gender Equality and Diversity programmes within the business. While working with numerous local community organizations, he was heavily involved in the setup and development of the Accenture Corporate Citizenship programme.

Ruairi Kelleher is CEO of Immedis and a member of the company’s Board of Directors. He joined the wider Taxback Group in 2012 and was an integral part of the re-positioning and launch of Immedis in 2016.

Ruairi is responsible for the corporate direction, strategy and M&A activity at Immedis, enabling the senior leadership team to drive innovation in international payroll and tax services through our cloud-based solution, iConnect. Since joining the company, Ruairi has worked to share the strategy and vision with employees, clients, partners and the wider global payroll industry to promote a new vision of global payroll consolidation through global tax expertise and integrated agile technologies.

In Mark’s role, he’s responsible for the sales strategy of the company and driving its growth through commercial partnerships.

Having joined The Taxback Group in 2012, Mark spent a large amount of time in the US alongside C-Level executives where he identified strategic solutions to leverage growth internationally. Mark has broad experience in assisting companies with their global workforce and overcoming their challenges.

Mark often speaks at industry events where he continues to showcase how Immedis continue to be trailblazers through its global payroll technology and service delivery.

Family man and sports fanatic Ruairi loves helping others around the office. He also likes nothing more than a trip to Ventry in Co. Kerry to unwind.

Our CEO and member of the company’s Board of Directors joined the wider Taxback Group in 2012 and has played an integral part of the re-positioning and launch of Immedis in 2016.

Ruairi is responsible for the corporate direction, strategy, and marketing activity at Immedis, helping senior leadership drive innovation in international payroll and tax services through our cloud-based solution, iConnect.

Family man, sports enthusiast, and undefeated amateur boxer, Mark, is responsible for the sales strategy of the company and driving its growth through commercial partnerships.

Since retiring from boxing after his first fight, Mark joined the Taxback Group in 2012 and spent a huge amount of time in the US alongside C-Level executives to identified strategic solutions to leverage growth internationally.

With his experience in assisting companies on overcoming the challenges of a global workforce, he often speaks at industry events and showcases how Immedis continue to be trailblazers in global payroll technology and service delivery.

If you want someone to bake you a cake while singing a song from your favourite musical, then make friends with Christine. Along with a Degree in Music, Christine also has over 18 years’ experience in international taxation, social security, and payroll.

Christine is responsible for the overall service delivery to our clients. This includes global payroll needs together with complex international employment and personal tax compliance for global workforces.

She leads on the provision of advisory services in relation to policy and planning for employers with internationally mobile employees.

A Trinity College Dublin graduate, an AITI Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA), and an Associate of the Irish Payroll Association, she also holds a Certificate in the Principles of International Taxation from the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT).

Richard’s life outside technology revolves around family and fitness.

When he’s not rowing or running, he is responsible for the alignment and execution of Immedis’ strategic objectives. He leads a team of amazing and innovative HR and Payroll technology and operational experts towards world-class SaaS payroll solutions and services for Immedis clients.

Richard chose an eclectic path starting with an MSci in Physics from Durham University through management consulting and chartered accountancy, to leading Professional Services, Solutions and Innovation.

After almost 20 years driving HR and Payroll technology and services globally, this has led to the perfect role in Immedis.

Louis Walsh once offered Trish a job on X Factor. Luckily for us she turned him down and now the Irish dancing trophy holder is responsible for global marketing to raise awareness of the Immedis brand and drive commercial growth.

She ensures client satisfaction and employee engagement levels remain high and has over 15 years’ experience working in professional services, tech and retail.

A graduate of Trinity College Dublin, Trish got her BA in Business Studies and German before completing an MA in International Marketing from the Smurfit School of Business.

She has 2 lovely kids, a boy and a girl, and despite the rumors has no relation whatsoever to the US rapper Wiz Khalifa.

Dave Leboff

President, US Operations

Dave has over 35 years of experience in international human resources, international tax and expatriate program management.

He began his career in tax when working for the Internal Revenue Service followed by Arthur Young in NYC where he went on to receive his CPA and manage sizeable expatriate program engagements. Dave then moved to the client side and worked in international assignment and global human resources roles in several companies including PepsiCo, Bankers Trust, UBS and DoubleClick.

Dave went on to form Expaticore, which was then acquired by Immedis in May 2017.

Man of many talents and former actor, Barry, has among other things, appeared in the West End Production of ”The Shaughraun” and previously sat on the Board of Directors for the Dublin International Piano Competition.

When he’s not golfing or catching up on the latest political news, he is working like a boss on employment taxes with market leading multinationals in areas including technology, financial services, software and global alcoholic beverages.

As a leading expert in national and global tax, he is often asked to contribute to TV, Print and Radio at both national and international level to discuss subjects relating to the future of tax.

Barry is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA), Chartered Tax Consultant (CTC) and Chartered Company Secretary (GradlCSA)

Tracy is the proud mother of 2 boys, 3 rescue cats, and a rescue dog. In her spare time she likes to fix and breathe new life into old things and is currently remodeling a house. She has been a leader in HRIS/Global Payroll for over 20 years and has recently joined Immedis from Deloitte.

Tracy has had various roles previously, including organizational global payroll leader, Consulting Payroll Practice Leader focused on global payroll strategy, and various leadership roles with other payroll partners.

Her 360 view of payroll it makes her uniquely qualified to assess and the needs of our clients.

Responsible for overall client and staff experience, Geraldine is in charge of our client and ICP agreements. She gets involved in clients discussions and supports the team on specific projects.

In her spare time she can often be found with her nose in a good book. She also enjoys travelling and loves spending time with her grandchildren.

With over 15 years’ experience in HR and payroll operations, Michael oversees the operational efficiency, continuous improvement and ongoing service-related technology projects at Immedis.

Michael holds a BS in interpretation and translation services, an Associate’s degree in Computer Engineering, an FPC designation from the American Payroll Association and a CPHRC certification (Certified Professional in Human Resources and Compensation Management) from the Institute of Human Resources Management Education.

Having lived in the UK, France, Belgium and Kenya, Aoife has the experience and intuition to enable her identify and build our key payroll relationships worldwide.

After graduating from University College Dublin, Aoife studied International Commerce with French before embarking on her career in Global Payroll. Now she brings her full wealth of knowledge of the global payroll environment to her role in Immedis, ensuring our partner management programme is second to none.

She likes nothing more than to run in her spare time.

If you’re struggling to pronounce her name she says it can be easier to read it backwards (phonetically it is pronounced (Ee-fa).

Martin is passionate about working in a rapidly growing company and loves mountain biking in his spare time. He specializes in 24 hour solo mountain bike races-phew!

He works with his team of implementation project managers and specialists to onboard new clients onto our global payroll solution. He also oversees current clients, assisting them when they wish to expand the current scope of service after acquisitions or moving business into new markets.

Martin is a Computer Science graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computing with Mobile Applications. He has oodles of international experience, having spent 3 years in Berlin setting up a Global HR Shared Service Centre.

When she’s not taking care of her 2 kids, Emma enjoys long runs and meditation, which may be why she always seems so stress-free at the office!

Emma joined Immedis in 2016 with a strong background in expat and employment taxes. She oversees tax compliance and specializes in the management of tax compliance for globally mobile employees. She also has experience in advisory tax services for international companies with a focus on employment tax, social security, and other global mobility tax issues.

Emma is a Chartered Tax Advisor with the Irish Tax Institute and previously graduated from University College Dublin with a Bachelor of Business & Legal Studies.

Philip also enjoys learning about European culture and history and joined Immedis in November 2016.

His team are responsible for the delivery of international payroll for our multi-national clients, ensuring all employees remain tax and social security compliant in each of jurisdiction. He also manages the international payments that are required to be made to employees and the relevant tax authorities.

A Chartered Tax Advisor, he has several other qualifications including an Honours Degree in Structural and Civil Engineering, a Higher Diploma in Maths and Statistics, and a Graduate Diploma in Actuarial Science.

Our Global Operations Manager Columb will proudly tell you his first car had no power steering. On weekends he helps out on his family’s farm and at Immedis he supports the finance team and overall operational function of the company.

From a user perspective, Columb oversees new projects from the ground up before they are handed over to the relevant departments and looks after the systems and tools required on a day-to-day basis. He is also the data protection practitioner for Immedis.

A graduate of National University Ireland Maynooth, he studied a Bachelor of Arts followed by an MSc in Strategic Business & Human Resource Management.

He likes anything outdoors and enjoys long hikes with his dog Buddy.

Family man and fitness fanatic Shawn has a competitive spirit that has helped him succeed in his career. He is responsible for the service delivery of all global payrolls. This includes ownership of timely and accurate payrolls with the use of standardized best practices and governance.

Shawn has over 13 years of domestic and international payroll experience and as a member of the Global Payroll Council, he actively participates in sharing best practices when it comes to process optimization, vendor management, and global payroll strategies.

Shawn studied business at Argosy University after pursuing a major in Liberal Arts/ Psychology at Corning Community College.

Tanya likes nothing more than cooking a slap-up meal when she’s not travelling the world learning about new cultures.

Tanya supervises international payroll processing in collaboration with payroll teams to ensure the service is delivered on time and tax compliance is adhered to in every jurisdiction.

She joined Immedis in 2016 at a junior level with a degree in finance and a tax technician qualification with the Irish Tax Institute (ITI).

She has since graduated as an AITI Chartered Tax Advisor and has been promoted continuously throughout her time with Immedis.

Plamena willingly claims first prize for watching tennis on TV. She also enjoys playing in group tennis tournaments and loves to travel.

Her role is to assist and manage clients with a mobile workforce to provide global mobility solutions, domestic and international tax, as well as social security compliance. She ensures all our clients are fully compliant with the domestic legislation in each country where they operate.

Having graduated from the University of Varna with a Bachelor Degree in Finance, Plamena continued her education and received her qualification as an AITI Chartered Tax Advisor with the Irish Tax Institute.

Maria manages the allocations of tax and payroll work among the service delivery team while reviewing complex cases. She manages a portfolio of global payroll clients and oversees the work of her service delivery team.

Maria holds two payroll certifications; a Payroll Technician Certificate and an advanced Payroll Technician Certificate with The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP). She also is a Taxation Technician with the Association of Taxation Technician (ATT).

Osman will freely admit he has the ugliest handwriting in the world, however he can draw a perfect circle.

Osman manages our software development and the deployment of all Immedis’ software stack, including technical research, automation, database management and data analytics, business intelligence and machine learning.

With an MA in Software Engineering as well as Bachelor Degrees in both Computer Science and Economics, Osman ensures our clients get the best software and business intelligence tools on the market.

Boyan started at the Taxback group in 2010 having graduated from the University of Varna and joined Immedis to look after our business analysis, quality assurance, and product operations.

He keeps our products properly defined and ensures they match global standards for security. His appetite and knowledge for the latest innovations in technology also ensure that our features and options are well designed, specified, and implemented.

Adrian’s past sporting achievements include playing badminton for Ireland and joining the Gaeilic football team for Wexford. When he’s not kicking a ball around a field he’s leading our business development for the EMEA, responsible for client satisfaction, organic growth, and corporate marketing initiatives.

Adrian holds a Bachelor of Education Degree from Trinity College Dublin and has almost 10 years’ experience in Business Development and Client relationship roles.

He was previously an Associate Director with an international executive search firm, supporting major global asset managers and banks on exclusive mandates at Director and Managing Director level across the US, Europe and APAC. He also spent 2 years in New York managing the compliance and legal division for a major global firm.

Luckily for Adrian our office isn’t too high up as he also has a crippling fear of heights!
