Terry Clune, Chairman

Terry Clune is Chairman of Immedis and founder of The Taxback Group. A graduate of Trinity College Dublin, Terry formulated the Taxback.com business concept while working in Germany as a student and has been the innovator and driver of the group to its present global market leader position. The company now has over 1,200 employees in 33 countries worldwide.

He is a former winner of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and the HSBC European Entrepreneur Award.

Terry attributes success to his team of highly skilled, committed staff, building lasting partnerships and a constant focus on developing new services.




Ruairi Kelleher, Chief Commercial Officer

Strategic Growth

Ruairi is Chief Commercial Officer with Immedis and is responsible for the company’s overall business strategy and objectives. A member of the Taxback Group since 2012, he has extensive experience providing international payroll and global employment tax services to international clients with a specific focus on the consolidation of multi-jurisdictional needs.

Ruairi studied Business and Legal Studies at University College Dublin after attending Colaiste Eoin where he cultured his passion for the Irish language and a multitude of sports.


Mark Graham, Chief Revenue Officer

Commercial Partnerships

Mark is Chief Revenue Officer with Immedis and is responsible for the company’s sales strategy and driving growth through commercial partnerships.

During his time with Taxback Group he invested significant time working in the US with C-level executives to identify strategic solutions to leverage international growth and has vast experience assisting companies with a global workforce and all the challenges that come with it.

Mark is dedicated to ensuring that Immedis will continue to be trailblazers in international payroll technology and service delivery and regularly speaks at events including the American Payroll Association.


Christine Keily, Chief Tax & Payroll Officer

Tax and Payroll

A graduate of Trinity College Dublin, Christine is an AITI Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA), an Associate of the Irish Payroll Association (IPASS) and has a Certificate in the Principles of International Taxation from the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT).

Christine has over 16 years’ experience in international taxation, social security and payroll. She trained in KPMG and worked for a number of years as a manager in the Global Employer Services (GES) department of Deloitte, specialising in Global Mobility tax and social security compliance and consultancy for multinational companies, before joining the Taxback Group in 2010.

Christine has extensive experience in the management of Global Mobility tax compliance and in dealing with international tax and social security issues arising for multinational companies.

Barry Flanagan, Senior Tax & Payroll Manager

Compensation and Benefits/Reward and Remuneration Management, Share Schemes and Equity Awards

Barry is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA), Chartered Tax Consultant (CTC) and Chartered Company Secretary (GradICSA). Prior to joining Immedis, Barry trained in the Tax department of Deloitte’s Dublin Office.

Barry is a Global Mobility specialist, having been a member of the Global Employer Services team at Deloitte. He  acquired significant experience in both employment taxes and compensation and benefits, working with diverse clients across a range of industry sectors, including market-leading multinationals in technology, financial services, software and global alcoholic beverages.


Dave McGettrick, Head of Software Development

Payroll and Tax Technology

David holds a BSc (Comp) from University of Limerick and has over 18 years’ experience in both in the Management and Development of large and complex Software Projects.

Prior to his current role, David worked with Ceridian, a US based multi-national developing and implementing HR, Payroll and Time and Attendance system.

David works hand in hand with the development teams ensuring best of breed software for both in house and external systems.
